Teams
Group technicians under a contractor manager who gets a read-only, roster-scoped view of just their own team. Set the manager's access level to Team Leader first, then add them as a leader below.
Recurring Group Blocks
Manage recurring blocks that auto-expand for the next 90 days
Resolution Codes
Manage SAF closeout resolution codes shown to field technicians

SA Exclusions
Service Areas blocked from all scheduling. A customer, CSR, or admin booking into an excluded SA sees no availability.

Custom Rules
Booking rules for customer, agent, and admin scheduling. When a booking matches a rule's conditions, its actions apply: extra required skills, a longer job duration, a specific team, or internal (non-contractor) techs only.

External Links
Jump-link URL templates that turn IDs across the app into clickable links
Makes the CID in the appointment modal clickable. {CID} is replaced
with the appointment's CID and the link opens in a new tab. Leave empty to keep
the CID as plain text.
Routing
Global knobs for how availability counts open slots and when booking checks drive time
Travel time charged between back-to-back jobs when the admin availability views (Utilization grid, day/month boards, snapshots) count open slots. 0 counts pure job duration β a 4-hour window holds two 2-hour installs, matching how the board is actually booked. Raising it makes shown capacity more conservative (10 used to halve install capacity: 2h + pad no longer fit twice in a 4h window).
Within this many days of today, customer/agent slot checks verify real drive legs against each tech's current route before offering or assigning a slot. Beyond it, checks only require the job's duration to fit β the overnight optimizer re-routes those days before they run. 3 = today, tomorrow and the day after are drive-checked. 0 = never drive-checked.

π Run Optimization
Configure and execute route optimization
Skill Scope limits the run to jobs requiring that skill β every other appointment stays put on its current tech and time. Leave on "All appointments" for a normal full re-org.
OR-Tools: Google's constraint solver with three-factor optimization (Distance, Workload, Priority)
Control how the optimizer balances three factors. Weights must sum to 100%.
Snap rounds appointment times to the nearest interval. Travel buffer is the minimum gap between jobs.
Fills free tech time with pullable appointment types from future dates (50% buffer). Requires pullFromFuture to be enabled on appointment types.
Fires the daily-sweep run for the selected date in every region with an enabled schedule, using each region's saved sweep settings. Runs launch in the background and appear in History.
Automation (06:20 sweep, blitz sweep, Run All) will still compute runs for protected days but will NOT apply them β your manual schedule stays put. Admins can still apply a run manually from History.
